Caldera High School – Bend, OR

Bend, OR – Bright and open spaces promote collaboration, connection, and group interaction in burgeoning Bend’s first high school in two decades. The 255,000 SF “school of the future” boasts 60 classrooms and adaptable, functional spaces to support various sizes of group learning. The library does not have closed doors or a quiet policy, and the design allows students to flow freely in and out. Bend’s abundant natural light is brought in through large windows throughout, and the use of glass invites curiosity and connection.

Elle Decor magazine features TorZo Blue Stain Pine in Brooklyn Triplex

Brooklyn, NY – Architects Amale Andraos and Dan Wood of WORKac bring bright interiors into a factory turned condominium. The kitchen features custom cabinets with Blue Stain Pine. Wall panels of Blue Stain Pine adorn the dining room walls. There is perhaps no better example of the evolution of Brooklyn’s appeal to once die-hard Manhattanites than this tale of a family’s journey from TriBeCa to Boerum Hill. THE KITCHEN The custom millwork is sheathed in blue-stained pine from TorZo Surfaces. THE DINING ROOM The Blue Stain Pine paneling is by TorZo Surfaces.

Zen Den – Live, Work, Travel Anywhere

The van life offers freedom from quarantine and lockdown, and we could all benefit from freedom to go anywhere right now! This camper van from Zen Den can be anything you want it to be — mobile home office, gym, art studio, guest room, and base camp. It is designed and built with healthy interior materials like TorZo Tiikeri Sapphire upcycled sorghum straw countertops, natural cork insulation/sound dampening, and organic latex mattresses. Aura Totem Lake Village apartments – Kirkland, WA

Sleek designs and artful accents invite residents of Aura Totem Lake Village to enjoy a contemporary, Pacific Northwest living experience. Multiple green spaces and elevated courtyards offer places to gather for lawn games, outdoor movie nights, and admiring the natural beauty of Washington. The thriving location of Totem Lake Village provides dining, shopping, art galleries, and recreation within minutes.

Newark Vocational High School – Culinary Arts & Hospitality

Designers at CTS Architects chose two earth tone TorZo materials for outfitting the lobby walls and columns. Pre-finished panels of Class A fire rated RayFleck Cocoa adorn the walls, set into a gray metal trim system. For the column wraps, warm and soft Tiikeri Uninfused adds a natural tone to the space, as well as acoustical dampening.

Willamette Valley Company

TorZo Orient is a natural perfect fit for Willamette Valley. They develop coatings, inks, and equipment for manufacturing Oriented Strand Board (OSB), and TorZo transforms this ordinary building material into extraordinary surfaces meant to be seen.

Charter Oak Elementary

Reading nooks and display cases made with TorZo Striata are located throughout, along with ceiling and wall panel accents. Schools require TOUGH materials, and TorZo fits the bill.

Louisiana Tech University

Torzo Orient material, installed on the floor-to-ceiling elevator surrounds using Panel Specialists pre-finished system, blends beautifully with the open concept building design. TorZo’s proprietary infusion process creates a surface that is far stronger than wood, yet just as easy to work with. The combination of durability and unique aesthetics foster creativity and positivity in students and faculty like no other surface material.

Eureka Elementary

Interior walls and columns are accented with a cladding package from Wall Panel Systems, Inc. using TorZo Tiikeri Amethyst. The durable surface provides a curious aesthetic and protection against the impact of thousands of youngers for years to come.

Sylvania Library

Designers at HMB incorporate TorZo Tiikeri Sapphire in the Circulation Desk and book displays throughout the space. The next chapter of library design begins with TorZo – unparalleled durability, unique aesthetic, and a variety of colors and materials.

ARABELLA CONDOS

Arabella is the newest luxury high-rise in Houston, with 34 floors and a strikingly modern and chic lobby. Designers at 212 Box Architecture (NYC) have outfitted the lobby with exquisite finishes and a bespoke fireplace.

TORZO SEATING

Explore the versatility of TorZo with built-in seating for education, healthcare, senior living, and more! Common spaces with built-in seating are hubs for collaboration, and TorZo offers unparalleled durability and aesthetic. TorZo panels can even be formed into curved seating!

Chicago Office Amenities

Remodeled commercial office space at 10 South LaSalle incorporates bold, geometric design into feature walls made from TorZo Balsa. Office tenant amenities like the lounge, fitness center, conference room, and reception incorporate Balsa wall covering as a light and natural focal point. Bringing the outside in is a time-tested way to reduce stress and create a calming environment. This unique installation of Balsa Natural with light, organic colors and a bold pattern is a great example of incorporating natural elements. Balsa wood itself is strong, lightweight, and rapidly renewable – attributes we love at TorZo Surfaces.

Gallup Atlanta Offices

Gallup, best known for their daily political polls, is enjoying a refreshed interior in their Atlanta Buckhead high-rise. Designers created communal and co-working spaces with Striata Fusion Surface in Cocoa, and Striata Fusion 360 for much of the casework. Nature is close at hand with a communal table that features a built-in planter. TorZo materials can be incorporated into virtually any custom furniture design.

OSF Urgo Urgent Care Centers

Clinics feel entirely different from a traditional doctor’s office, with lots of natural light, charging stations, a cappuccino machine, and a striking color palette. TorZo adds a splash of color and strengthens brand identity.
