Eugene, OR – New technologies from Willamette Valley Co. are created in the laboratories of their R&D Center. PIVOT Architecture re-purposed a warehouse and equipped scientists with spacious laboratories and adjoining offices. The plan makes the most of daylight available and provides flexible and energy efficient workspaces.

TorZo Orient is a natural perfect fit for Willamette Valley. They develop coatings, inks, and equipment for manufacturing Oriented Strand Board (OSB), and TorZo transforms this ordinary building material into extraordinary surfaces meant to be seen. The innovative workspaces are intended to inspire problem solving and service, while honoring Willamette Valley’s contributions to the wood products industry since 1952.
